After holding a VIP ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 20 ahead of its official opening the following day, the new Table Mountain Casino Resort in Friant, California, has officially opened its doors to the public.
Over 2,000 slot machines, 33 table games, VIP lounges with high-limit tables, and high-limit slots greet gamblers on the 110,000 square foot gaming floor. Additionally, players can take advantage of unique features only available in the “Dragon’s Den” card room. This new casino brings the total number of casinos in the US over the 2000 mark.
The resort, which is situated near to the original Table Mountain Casino, initially debuted 35 years ago as a modest bingo hall and boosts the count of casinos in California to 164.
With 171 hotel rooms, including opulent suites with views of the San Joaquin Valley, the new building has a 12-floor tower. The rooftop teppanyaki restaurant is located on the tower’s top floor offering panoramic views of Friant and the rest of the Valley. Other food options include a steakhouse and a food court featuring Italian, Mexican, and Asian cuisine options.
On July 21, the doors were opened, and festivities were planned for the following four days. Throughout the celebrations, there are special offers and daily gift giveaways.
“This grand opening event is really for all the folks who worked so tirelessly to make it happen and supported us along the road,” said Table Mountain CEO John Dinius.
Private reservations are being made for hotel rooms at the Resort, which has been under development since 2019. Reservations will be available to the general public starting in September, according to resort authorities.
