Station Casinos, a local casino chain based in Las Vegas has outlined plans to build a new resort on land it owns in Henderson’s Inspirada community.
The resort will feature 600 rooms, an 80,000-square-foot casino floor, 30,000 square feet of meeting space, restaurants, a bowling alley, and a movie theater.
The project is expected to be developed in three phases, with construction set to begin in January 2024.
Scott Kreeger, president of Station parent Red Rock Resorts, told the city of Henderson that the project would provide “a similar customer experience” as two other Station properties: Red Rock Resort which is in Summerlin & Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson.
